I welcome and express my gratitude to every person visiting our website. Across this platform, you can learn about our family, our investments within the Northwest Arkansas community, and our ultimate goal to further the Christian values of living a life of integrity, generosity, and humility.

Often, you’ll hear me share the metaphor of the young business leader who worked diligently to climb the ladder of success, only to find the ladder is leaning against the wrong wall. I believe in the importance of instilling values in the next generation of leaders, including our sons Matt and Michael, so that they ensure their careers are built on a solid foundation. 

I enjoy the fellowship of working with other people and hope through this platform, members of the business community can join me to share our stories of success, failures, and lessons learned along the way.
